No-Cheese Stuffed Bread Pizza

Thought: Can you imagine pizza without cheese? No. Well, you are wrong. Here is my mother's No cheese pizza recipe that I recreated recently.
You can add ham and any other meat chunks or veggies of your choice. (The pizza is of medium size here)
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 5-6 bread cut into small pieces separating the edges
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano or mixed herbs
- 1 small tomato chopped
- Some black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp of white oil
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 15 minutes.
- Take a non stick flat pan and add a tsp of oil. Then add the mixture. Once the lower side is hard enough flip it. Cover it and let it cook.
- Repeat for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
