No-Cheese Stuffed Bread Pizza

Thought: Can you imagine pizza without cheese? No. Well, you are wrong. Here is my mother's No cheese pizza recipe that I recreated recently.


You can add ham and any other meat chunks or veggies of your choice. (The pizza is of medium size here)


Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 5-6 bread cut into small pieces separating the edges
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano or mixed herbs
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • Some black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp of white oil

Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Take a non stick flat pan and add a tsp of oil. Then add the mixture. Once the lower side is hard enough flip it. Cover it and let it cook.
  • Repeat for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
