Cinq-Secs-Fruits Vanilla Cooker Cake (5-Dry-Fruits)

Thought: Ever baked a cake without eggs in a cooker? No. Follow my recipe then fast.

You can add eggs instead of milk+ milk maid. Also, can add chocolate and tutti-fruity as per your choice.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of all purpose flour or maida
• 1/4 cup of white oil or melted butter
• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup of condensed milk
• 3-5 tsp of milk
• 2 tsp of vanilla essence
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• 0.5 tsp of baking soda
• Any 5 dry fruit of your choice

Method:

• Mix all the ingredients with a blender. Take a pan grease it with butter and some flour. Pour the cake batter.
• Take a cooker. Add some salt and let it heat. Place a stand inside and put the pan with batter and close the lid. Cook it for 25-40 mins without whistle. Check the cake with a toothpick. When the toothpick comes clean without sticking, the cake is done.
• You can bake in a oven as well @160 degrees for 15-25 mins.
