No-oil Fish Cutlets

You can try this with boiled meat of your choice, paneer, tofu, green vegetables of your choice and even boiled soya chaap.
Ingredients:
- 300 gms shredded Boiled fish with bones separated (preferably single bone fish)
- 1 medium boiled potato
- Roasted Gram flour
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 4 tsp of garlic paste
- 1 small tomato pureed or finely chopped
- Some chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp of roasted cumin-coriander powder
- 3-4 tsp of lemon juice
- Some chopped green chillies
- 2-3 tsp of red chilli powder or black pepper powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- Salt and sugar as per taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Take some amount of the mixture and make into any cutlet shape of your choice.
- Take a tawa and fry it without oil by covering it and occasionally turning sides.
- Serve with chutney of your choice.
